    Is the DVD included for the price of $9.99? Or do you need to purchase it separately? It doesn’t say anywhere in the description that it comes with the DVD, but I’ve read about it in the comments.

    This book is easy to understand with quick simple workouts that really get your body working out. I never thought I could get my heart rate up with such simple work outs,but I really did on this one! I often worry that I’ll hurt myself doing exercises the wrong way,but Jeanette good at pointing out what to watch for to make sure you’re doing it right.

    I never uses to work out,but now I look forward to doing her workouts everyday…….

    I have struggled for years with finding a meal-exercise program that will work for me. Two years ago I was diagnosed with celiac and things totally fell apart. Almost every diet plan out there is based on whole grains and/or soy, which are taboo for me. I stumbled across this book which gives me day to day things to do and things to eat. I do have to make a few adjustments regarding the menus but most of it is just perfect for me, as it is mostly protein (meat, fish, eggs) and vegetables. I lost 6 pounds in the first three weeks and feel great and am still going strong. The exercises are laid out very well and gives me a total body workout. This is a great book for people that need detailed daily help, which I do.

    There are good workouts in this book and it’s very easy to follow and stay inspired. I’m back at my fighting weight after only 4 weeks!
