I go 5 days a week and I am trying to lose weight, is there a certain amount of calories to burn, that would guarantee success.
It kinda depends on how much weight you want to lose, and how quickly you’d like to lose it. If you aim for 350 calories a day, you’d burn about a pound every two weeks since that would essentially be 10 days (considering you’re skipping two days a week) or 3,500 calories. 3,500 calories=lb of fat. If you’re really trying to lose weight at a more rapid pace though, aim for 500-600 calories a day, and judge how you feel after. Just make sure not to eat in excess…which what I know I have a tendency to do because I justify it since I worked out.
Good luck!

2009 Jul 24 2As long as you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. It’s that simple. Whether you burn them at the gym or just during your regular routine doesn’t matter.
