		<description>I suspect on your training schedule you may not actually loose any weight at all, you will improve your health, stamina and muscle tone and may even gain weight with muscle mass. The added creatine, protein and carbs wont help weight loss. 
I sugest you look to adjust this to a heart rate based zone focused cardio training schedule with toning with weights only and loose the supplements. If you need adjustments then adjust your diet by adding more fruit and veg in your daily diet. 
You should loose weight noticeably within a few sessions. Use a tape measure not the scales.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
