How long will it take to notice weightloss?

If im doing 2-3 sessions of cardio a week, like treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer and bike. For about 30 minutes each day. How long will it take for me to see the results? And will I loose massive amounts of muscle aswell? I mean I do weights in the gym too, on mondays wednesdays and fridays. Taking creatine and protein with complex carbs. Thanks.
I suspect on your training schedule you may not actually loose any weight at all, you will improve your health, stamina and muscle tone and may even gain weight with muscle mass. The added creatine, protein and carbs wont help weight loss.
I sugest you look to adjust this to a heart rate based zone focused cardio training schedule with toning with weights only and loose the supplements. If you need adjustments then adjust your diet by adding more fruit and veg in your daily diet.
You should loose weight noticeably within a few sessions. Use a tape measure not the scales.

2009 Jul 04 1if you are doing it correctly/properly, and keep it as a routine, maybe a week to 3. It depends on your body and diet. It took me almost a month to see proper results and adding more to my exercise routines. GOOD LUCK!!!
