What do you need our help for? It sounds like you have it all figured out. You will most likely lose the weight you want to lose by your estimated amount of time, if you can keep up that plan. It'll be hard but good luck!

-Some other ways to be healthier is by getting about 9 hours of sleep every night and drinking only water or fat free milk. Don't forget to take your vitamins too, and avoid drugs or alcohol. Lastly, and in my opinion the most important, stay away from any bad stress. Maybe try getting a workout buddy to make your goal more fun.

Hope that helps.
References :
Oh yes that sounds very do-able!
I have recently read you have to burn about 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week, which is healthy if you are also eating properly, keeping hyrdated and well rested.

You have a great plan I'm sure you will lose that weight it's 10 pounds in 6 weeks
if you don't hit exactly that you will be close :)
Don't give up and Good luck!

PS. The oatmeal is so good for you, I made it part of my daily diet too!

Just remember to hydrate! People can skimp on that even when they aren't exercising and just lazying around. I would say 8 cups (not glasses) of water is a good start, but I drink 8-10 on a daily bases and sometimes 10 can be too much for me.
References :
friends have done similar exercise/diet plans
