I have just dropped down into the size 12 range and finally able to start shopping in "normal stores". I still feel like nothing is going to fit be, and I become sad and frustrated when certain things don’t. How can I feel comfortable shopping now?

Go into your favorite store and put on some cute jeans and when you look in the mirror and smile, you will feel great! Congrats on your weight loss!
