What should be the target weight loss in 1 year?
04 Jul 2009
I am 32 yrs old, 6 ft 2 inches tall. I am 315 lbs. I have struggled with my weight for many years but I’ve never been so over weight before. I am starting my exercise & diet program now. Does anyone know what should be a good realistic target wt loss in the first year?
my students used the diet plan from http://stripthefat-now.com/. I’ve witnessed a safe 140 lbs loss within 1 year on 4 of my students using the plan under my watch – quite easy to follow and adapt. Provides great motivation and tools to ensure you succeed.

2009 Jul 04 1judging by your weight now, about 70lb
cut your calories to 1800 and start going on fast walks
when you hit 250, get to the gym and start weight training
