You can do body weight squats, try doing 3 sets of 15 reps. Then do them with a wider stance.

Do lunges

    Food diaries
It is helpful to know how much you normally eat. Estimating from memory is not very accurate. It is best to keep a diary, and write down every amount of food and drink that you have over a week or so. Include even the smallest of snacks. Add up the number of calories that you eat and drink each day. You may need advice from a practice nurse or dietician to calculate calories. However, there are plenty of books that give calorie counts for different foods.
It may be helpful to keep up the diary for several weeks to see the difference in calories that you eat before and after a change to a healthier diet. To lose weight, you must eat less calories each day than previously.
Top tip – do not forget the drinks. Some drinks contain lots of calories, such as alcoholic drinks and sugary drinks.

If you are living in a small apartment, use the staircase as a running track. Depending on how many flights of stairs there are in your apartment building, you can start by walking up and down the stairs and progress to running up and down. This will build up stamina and reduce your weight.

In the apartment, you can do sit-ups, crunches and push-ups or running on the spot for a half-hour or so. To keep the boredom away, play some fast music and try to keep up with the tempo. Alternatively, you can do some kind of dance that can help you work up a sweat. Another idea is to place a block of wood of certain height flat on the floor and do step-up exercise on it. This will surely make you sweat and lose weight.

There are a few different effective ways to lose the weight including exercise but other methods as well. First off, exercise. Even if you just walk 30 minutes each day, you will start to see a difference. And that is something you can do outside, or run on the spot inside your apartment. Try and do a few sets of jump rope or running on the spot. Also, do a few sets of 10 crunches each morning when you wake up or before you go to bed, but morning is better.

Secondly, drink lots of water. Water helps to wash out the fat in your body and can really help you lose weight. I know for me, it kinda bloats me at first but don’t let that scare you away. It will help you lose weight indefinitely.

Third, obviously eat a healthy diet. Don’t starve yourself. Eat normal. If you don’t eat proper amount your will put your body into starvation mode. It will start storing fats and then in the end make you gain weight. This is definitely not an effective or a healthy method. Keeping to a reduced weight
Many people who lose weight soon put it back on again when they stop their weight reducing diet. The main reason this happens is because the weight reducing diet was only a temporary cut back of an unhealthy diet. Once you have lost some weight, to keep the weight off you need to stick to a healthy diet. An active lifestyle with more physical activity would also help. Even better is for the whole family or household to have changed to healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle.
To keep your weight down you will still need to eat less and/or do more physical actvity than previously. For example, if you have lost 10kg, to keep this off and maintain your weight you will still need to:
    * eat about 300 calories per day less than you did prior to the weight loss diet, or
    * do more physical activity to ‘burn up’ an extra 300 calories per day, or
    * a combination of the two.
Top tip – after losing some weight, weigh yourself once a week to keep a check on your weight.

He was using the pill to lose weight. I’m using Phentramin-D and lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Check for yourself, no side effects…http://www.phenforum.com/buy-phentermine
