I am 26 years old and I am 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh 135lbs. I have quit smoking 8 months ago and I have gained 5-10 lbs and still gaining. I really want to get back to my original weight or I am afraid I will start smoking again to lose the weight. I want to know what I can do at home to lose this weight. It is really hard for me to get out as I have 2 children and my husband works long hours.

Pilates Ball Exercises are great! At your height I would only get a ball that states 55" or it will be too big. They are only about $15 and come with the tool to blow it up, a chart of exercises or even a vhs or dvd. Pilates programs on vhs or dvd are great too. The Pilates will also keep your stress level down from quitting smoking. There are alot of programs out there (if you have a ROSS store in your area, they have the balls and the Pilates (under $5).
