I just want to know one thing; for some reason I don’t think you would have learned any of this at a college, are you self taught? I go to college and they seriously go out of their way not to teach you important information.

Cardio should be a part of an exercise regime, which includes weight training. Don’t be afraid of cardio, it will help burn FAT before it burns muscle.
fats do make you fat, so eating 300 grams of fat a day will make you loose weight? than eating 300 grams of carbs a day? if your eating 300 grams of fruit and veggie carbs that will make you loose weight. fat slows down digestion and makes you get pimples in excess.
