When I was loosing weight, I also kept thinking, “Every step counts, every step counts” because it really does! That helped motivate me to walk places instead of drive. Helped me workout. Helped me burn extra calories. So try that as well! Also, try to give up something that you feel is not good for you (eg. chocolate/white bread) for a certain amount of time. And ask your friend or family member to do it with you so you have support (and you can make it into a BET, and have it be something really bad if you loose it lol – that should keep you motivated!) At the end of the day, its about being HEALTHY (not skinny) whatever that weight is for you. Dont compare yourself to other people, do what is best for YOU!

Hahaha well anyway this was a really great video it inspired me so much because I’m in like the exact same position right now as when you started. I’m 14 and I want to be 30 pounds lighter, I don’t want to be model skinny or anything I just don’t want to be the last size before plus size clothing anymore, I’m sick of it. Actually, I think I’ll ride my bike to the library today(:

2011 Aug 20 6ok dont be mad but .. when i clicked on this video i was thinking “this bitch is going to tell me she was fat??? psssh whatever,i bet she lost 5lbst” ok after the first 30 seconds my attitude changed this is a really great video you arre super sweet and sooo pretty and this video is just great i have been slacking lately on exercise & my diet and this just reminds me how important it all is and i need to stop eating whatever whenever & get moving lol hope all is well for you!!!

2011 Aug 20 16I can’t even tell you how much this video has helped me. I just started going to the gym, but the first day i went i almost fainted. I guess because my body wasn’t use to all the exercises i was doing. It was so embarrassing, and even tho the people were so nice about it, i haven’t gone back. It’s been 2 weeks… But watching this video has just given me such motivation and drive and information that i so needed. Thank you so much. I think i’m gonna get ready to go to the gym now.

2011 Aug 20 17I’m trying to lose weight so bad but my family won’t let me.
Most of the people are big and I just don’t want to be big.
I’m petite and if I am chubby I look a little bloated and weird.
So it gets on my nerves when they try and feed me all this extra crap.
They just don’t get it!
