Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day. 2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week. 3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day. (4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.) FROM THE VIDEO: The salad is: 1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach 2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing 1/2 Tomato, sliced 1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese = around 110-130 calories :D YUM! Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories). Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind. If you have questions, feel free to ask!

    @LizandLexINC12 this is me again, but, i just wanted to tell you that i am also using the EA SPORTS ACTIVE for the wii. i get up at like 5…or 6…some where around that because i am still in school. The EA Sports active is great for only 20 minutes a day. i am doing the 30 day ea sports active challenge and i am hoping to lose some inches and lose 10 pounds. All of the people that have done the 30 day challenge say they gained muscle and lost inches. so i wont be suprised if i lose 5lbsor les

    @xnightxamex you should eat at least 1200 cal per day, i would go with that for a while and see how that goes.

    500 calories less than my “maintain weight calories” would be 1000. are you sure thats a good idea?

    dieting should never be about starving yourself. It’s true that if you don’t eat enough your body will go into starvation mode. This means your metabolism will slow down and your body will start to burn muscle. The only way to successful weight loss is to eat a balanced diet and exercise a bit more. You should aim for 4-5 small meals a day and build some exercise into your daily routine.

    it`s so true all your saying there, i’m doing exactly that, the green tea is just fenomenal because it also provides you with antioxidants which are great to look and feel healthier and healthier. very good what you’re doing i must admit it’s very inspiring. thanks. i also like your thonge pearsing…..
