Weight Watchers… I just joined and you can eat anything you want on it…everything has a certain point value and you are alotted a certain amount of points per day. ie I’m allowed 37 pts per day… a slice of pizza is 9 pts… veggies are 0pts and a small turkey sub is 9pts..tacobell taco 6pts….. I lost 4lbs the first week. My friend lost 80lbs in 6months. References :

Or you could do what my cousin did, he lost 50 lbs and has kept it off for 4 years, , , he got gangrene and had his leg cut off. References :
Yes definitely cut the carbohydrates out, eat as little of it as possible, everything you eat look at the label any more than 5grams per 100grams of carbohydrates the dont have it, or eat as little as possible. See cutting carbs means your body has no other means but to use your body fat for burning energy because you are not putting any more in. And exercising 30 minutes a day, anything as long as you get your heart thumping and feel puffed. Like skipping with a skipping rope, thats hard stuff. And crunches, doing your abs helps quicker. I ate oatmeal for breakfast, chef salad with little or no dressing for lunch(watch the calories int he dressing), and a small dinner. Dinner was usually grilled fish and veggies, baked chicken and veggies, soup, sandwhiches with very little mayo. Also, exercise. I exercise three to five times a week.
