I sometimes run and dance. I breakdance and i’ve seen some results of losing weight but they were very slow. I dont like to run as much because i dont have the motivation to. What are some other methods to lose weight?? Are there workouts that can help you lose weight fast??

I have tried to lose weight ever since I was 17 years old. Sure, I would lose 5 to 10 pounds and those low carb diets were very difficult. That’s why I fail to stick to the program rules after a certain period and i gain back the weight that i lose. Currently after a successful weight loss plan, the most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I haven’t seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. Why didn’t they tell me before that I looked bad? I guess they didn’t want to hurt my feelings. I feel so much better now. It is funny when I weighed 254 pounds 4 months ago, I didn’t feel bad; but, now at 140 pounds, it is a major difference. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan.
Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body.
