I want to lose weight on my stomach, thighs, and butt. I have been watching my calories and eating around 5-6 meals a day. I have been doing a variety of ab exercises and have seen some results, but I want to increase accuracy. Any suggestions?

why are you eating five or six meals a day?!
eat breakfast lunch and dinner (small portions). with fruit or raw veggies for snacks in between and online have one treat a day if you want it! try not to have take aways or fast food.

running helps, everyday. once in the morning once in the evening. dont push yourself too hard.
drink LOADS of water.
and do sit ups everyday. – however many you can do, dont go crazy though!

    Liposuction hahah!! Lol at least it has been in the market for quite some time now and a lot of people are still undergoing the surgery up to now. I think it will cost you at around $3500 depending on your location. Please see to it that you go to a reputable doctor and follow a strict diet plan after.:) I am trying to loose weight too and is considering it now. It is so hard to loose weight I know..:(

    First off with the meals. thats a great thing your doing. Just make sure you do not go below 1200 calories for girls and for boys 1400 calories. As far as losing weight, please understand there is no exercise that will make you lose weight in a specific part of the body. You just have to workout very hard and eat the right foods, no diets. Diets dont work, cause after you finish you just gain the weight back. If you need some workout programs there is a great yahoo group that has multiple ones. I’ve lost 15lbs already and the owner is awesome. So check it out if you’d like. Good luck.

    Crossfit WILL get you in shape. Its not easy at all so if you dont wanna sweat dont do it.

    Did you honestly expect ab exercises would od it?

    You need to do cardio exercise in order to burn fat. Anything that will get your heart rate up for at LEAST 30 minutes. Walking, running, swimming, biking, etc. Ab exercises are good , but if you have fat to lose you won’t see the results of your ab workouts.

    I think eating 5-6 meals a day is a good idea, but make sure they are small portion, but still keep up with the proper amount of calories. Exercising is also a great way to lose weight and stay healthy.

    All the other answers above are great, and I think they could all help in some way. If you are looking for a little more guidance on this issue,

    Interval training is the best, saves time it is the most efficient way to train. In 20 min you can get so burned up that you would never reach on treadmill. Sometimes I see people at the gym running on the treadmill and having a can of “Monster Energy” in front of them. It is a sign that they have no clue how the body works.
