    I have bought this book twice! I thought the first time I might have missed something. I didn’t.
    Save your money and go to McDonalds.

    This seems to be a repeat of Powters book, volume of food for your calorie count, plus the no meat thing. Been there, done that. Don’t waste your money!

    I enjoyed this book. I find that having a visual reference of foods and their calorie amount very helpful. It also helped me to make better food choices.
