2010 Jul 24 1I have had other “belly burner belts” so this one is not that different. The only thing I find on this one that is different is the velcro area. The velcro area where the belt meets is bigger and easier to attach.

2010 Jul 24 2Definitely makes you sweat in the areas the belt is on , also try wearing it while exercising makes you sweat there even more, helping to lose excess water and pounds as well as sweating gets toxins out of the body. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product..
