   Like every “appetite suppressant” I’ve ever tried, this one does NOT curtail my appetite, and YES I followed the instructions IMPLICITLY. The only thing I’ve ever used to work on appetite has been banned: ephedra. Well…that and Adderall for my ADHD!

   At any rate…sorry, but…MY EXPERIENCE was that this stuff did not work for me. I’m going to seek a refund.

   This product is a perfect example of false reviews to drum up more purchases. Amazon should really check these type of reviews. Note that each review is grammatically perfect and similarly written. Also, if you check under each name, they try to appear legitimate by reviewing other products, BUT the bulk of the products reviewed are on the same dates! There are some that lazily reviewed 7 products all on the same date. Don’t be duped – do your homework and check these reviews carefully.

   This is by far the best working Hoodia I have found. I only wish that I had found it on this site first, because it is cheaper here. It helps curb my food cravings better than other appetite suppressants that I have tried but I have to remember not to eat, just out of habbit, even when I am not actually hungry. I think this is where some people go wrong. I hope it stays available because it is definintely making me eat healthier and lose weight. The expense is a joke compared to the nice health benefits of not being too over weight.

   I’ve tried hoodia about 5 years ago when it first got popular. It worked OK, but it was expensive and I used it at a time when I wasn’t eating well or really exercising, so it wasn’t worth the expense.

   I know that it can be difficult getting a quality hoodia product, and that is why I haven’t used any in a really long time. But based on the reviews I tried this one, and I’m really happy with it. The very first time I took it I noticed a distinct lack in appetite. It’s an interesting feeling, I’m not hungry but I suppose I could eat any way if I really wanted to, but I don’t have an appetite and am in control. It’s pretty cool! I eat very healthy, but I get really hungry (and get hunger pangs) at certain times of the day even if I’ve eaten, so this is a nice way to stick to my meal plan without having to struggle with hunger. One thing to note is that it can take away thirst too, so be mindful to drink enough water. The true test though, I’ve been Starbucks free for a week! Not that Starbucks is a bad thing, but I have a weakness for mochas and really don’t need those extra calories.

   I think the negative reviews are from people who are expecting hoodia to take away all inclination to eat. But, even with supplements such as this it takes a little effort and will power to stick to whatever it is you’re trying to do. I think this product will best serve people who already have a healthy lifestyle but need a little boost to keep you on that path.

   I was tired of the girls at work going on and on about super hoodia 2000. Maybe we are just bored but it got to the point where I could finish their sentences when one of them started talking about it. 3 of them really like the product and 1 said that hoodia doesnt really work for them. They offered to let me try it but I always said no. Then I secretly bought it on my own and was pleasantly suprised to see that it actual curbed a lot of my cravings. Like the girs I work with, I found that hoodia doesnt work all the time but it works enough of the time to make it worth using. Its simple, for not a lot of money, I eat less junk food. The money I have saved in about a week of junk food has already paid for half of this purchase. I am eventually going to fess up about buying it but for now, I will continue to mock them. It will be pretty funny when I tell them Im on my 4th bottle and love it.
