i used to take diet … i used to take diet pills as a starter to shrink my stomach, yes most if not all diet pills stop working only because you get used to them. then after that i just started cutting out sugar and fatty foods out of my life and just ate healthy i lost a good amount, now i was only 147lbs but i was unhappy with it i think growing up had to do with it. now ive come to a good weight grown into my body, you should treat yourself with mountain dew and a slice of bread once every 2 weeks. good luck!!
