My girlfriend is trying to lose weight. I want to help her but I don't know much about diet pills.

I have tried different ones and some may suppress appetite but cause other troubles like constipation. After years of struggling, I have resorted to excerise to maintain my sanity during a stressful time in my life and omg! I have lost 20 pounds in six weeks just by eating less and 20 to 40 mins on treadmill every second day. Make the changes simple and small and you won't discourage YOURSELF.

    I've never taken weight loss pills, but I know some people that have taken TrimSpa. And look how it helped Anna Nicole Smith LOLOL.

    The best way really, is diet and exercise exercise exercise!
