I know that the best way is exercise and proper diet. The exercise part is a little easier for me then the diet. In addition to the weight loss pills, does anyone know of a good diet that wont leave me so hungry all the time?

Hydroxycut has worked best for me. I would say your best bet is the new diet pill ali. It is the only one that is FDA approved. The only thing is, it has some gross side-effects if you consume too much fat, which I guess could be motivation not to eat those things eh? As far as diet is concerned… I just started eating a 1200-1500 calorie/day diet by keeping track of my calories and fat intake. I try to keep my fat as a percentage of calories below the recommended 30% or less. I also make sure I eat 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big meals that way I'm giving my metabolism little boosts throughout the day.

    Well the best diet is not really a diet it's just eatting right don't starve your self thats not good at all. I hope that this helped but most people who like they are fat really arn't fat so….. yea
