		<description>Diet and exercise.  I have also spent so much money on pills, doctors, colon cleansing, lymphnode drainage.  Not because I am so over weight but because I hit a plateau.  See a nutritionist, once.  Tell them you want a healthy eating plan that is easy to maintain.  Make sure the foods work together so you don&#039;t have to buy such a variety of groceries.  Also make sure you want just a plan so they don&#039;t suck your cash up.  I never enjoyed exercise videos but abs of steel is so amazing.  I used it at my thinnest times.  Your kids can play in the living room while you are on your back or standing and each exercise is only fifteen minutes.
