I was wondering what you thought about people that do this type of thing. My idea was that if I made this account I would stick with my weightloss and not give up.

unless your going to show actual results (i've never seen any) then i dont watch em'. I wanna lose 40 pounds, but i know it takes calorie intake and exersice hand in hand!! But i'll take a look.
