i want to burn fat at home as well as the gym, i go to the gym around 2 times a week and i run most nights, but is there anyway instead of running at night that i can do to burn fat

2009 Jun 02 3Get aerobics DVDs. There are tons of good ones. Any of The Firm cardio/weight training ones are excellent. Or, any step aerobics will be great and you can get a step for like $20 at Wal Mart or Target
If you don' want to buy the dvds, see if you can borrow any from friends, or you can check them out at the library.
