i want to burn fat at home as well as the gym, i go to the gym around 2 times a week and i run most nights, but is there anyway instead of running at night that i can do to burn fat

use the stairs and run up and down theme, sit ups

    rowing machines are good, fairly small and inexpensive or an areobics dvd

    Get aerobics DVDs. There are tons of good ones. Any of The Firm cardio/weight training ones are excellent. Or, any step aerobics will be great and you can get a step for like $20 at Wal Mart or Target
    If you don' want to buy the dvds, see if you can borrow any from friends, or you can check them out at the library.

    You could try doing some aerobics or jogging around your neighborhood. That can work when you put effort into it.
