Portion control and eat a healthy diet of whole grains and lots of veggies and fruit. Drink water! It&#039;s one of the most important things for you. 5 to 6 small meals a day. So as not to spike your insulin levels. Read food labels and limit the soda&#039;s and junk food. Especially watch foods with high fructose corn syrup.
