i need instant weight loss!?

i have prom in a month today and need to loose weight fast! someone help give me a routine for good skin and weight loss thats fast and effective! please!

2008 Dec 19 1DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF< that will just take longer for u to lose weight, cuz since ur not getting enough energy from food, ur body has to store ur fat for energy, so it creates more fat. Thus, u get fatter instead of just eatin enough and burning the calories which is a much faster and more effective way! DONT DO ANY PILLS, VIDEOS< OR CDS (losing weight doesnt have to cost money) OR ANY OTHER STUFF(SLIM FAST) YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS:
Every day do:
25 push ups
25 sit ups
15 leg lifts
(*FOR THE THREE ABOVE: IF U FEEL LIKE THE BURN ISNT ENOUGH, ADD MORE REPS> FOR INSTANCE MONDAY AND TUESDAY U DO 25, THEN ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ADD 5 more, THEN ON FRIDAY ADD ANOTHER 5 and so on.)
Go riding a bike for 30-60 minutes at least 4 times a week
Walk to and from places if its possible to
Run a mile once a week
Swim twice a week for a half hour
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed.
Take your time when eating.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light.
For breakfast, have cereal or yoghurt.
For lunch, have a salad or sanwich with whole wheat bread
For dinner, enjoy yourself, but dont pig out or have super unhealthy foods…example:::fried chicken with a side of french fries and chocolate cake for dessert!!! UHH NOOO!!
NO ICE CREAM
Eat 1 hour after waking up(if u can) and 3 hours before u go to bed.
Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.
NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose.)
***SOME EXTRA TIPS:
Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.
Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.
Read food labels, often times they say stuff is "healthy" and it really isnt. For instance, if u see that there is more than 20 grams of sugar in a candy bar, thats high so u should limit that candy bar to like 1 time per week! Get the point?
YOU HAVE TO STICK WITH THE ROUTINE DONT GET LAZY>>>KEEP PUSHING!!! GOOD LUCK, DONT WORRY U CAN DO THIS!

2008 Dec 19 3For fast weight loss, do the fit for life plan or the south beach diet.
Fit For Life:
Eat nothing but fruit till noon ( you can have as many as you want)
Lunch:
Vegetables/salad with EITHER protein or carbs. ( YOU CAN NOT MIX THOSE TWO)
Dinner:
The same as lunch, but do not mix carbs with protein (got it?)
South beach diet:
Don't eat carbs

Go to lily leaf Number 9 lower gungate i think in tamworth my mom owns it and they have done loads of people for there proms and weddings and stuff!

2008 Dec 19 7inadequate diet for teenagers can result in bone marrow problems in later life, and many other problems with growth. just eat healthily but not LESS. also get enough exercise, thats all you can do without harming yourself.

2008 Dec 19 81. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'….to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week
2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day…get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like
3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea
4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.
5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus
6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)
7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…
8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too…Stay focused on your goal and God bless you…
