I have always been curious about why the surgery restricts a person down to almost less than 1000 calories if they weigh over 300lbs. Just Curious.

i would assume it is because following gastric bypass surgery the stomach has been made quite a bit smaller. for this reason, following surgery people must greatly limit the amount of food they eat and also the types of foods they eat. Sugary, high-carb and high-fat foods are avoided when on a gastric bypass diet plan.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
