biking, swimmming, running....ect.
Also if you want to get rid of that extra layer of fat you could do ab jam and mat workout based on pilates yoga. Really good vidios. i &lt;3 them. they really help. if you need any tother info on dieting and beauty. this is where i go. :D good luck
