		<description>it depends on ur diet.  20mins IF you have alot of carbs in ur system. if you are on a low carb diet, ur fat burning is almost immediate.

to answer ur first question. YES you will burn more fat. because your body is in a catabolic state after sleeping and not eating for such a long period of time. 

it is NOT a good idea to lift weights on an empty stomach.  since u are in a catabolic state, your body will burn its own muscle to fuel that activity.
