I know that if you workout during the day when your run, the first 20 minutes is burning the glucose, after that, you burn fat. But I have been waking up at 6am and running 50 minutes 4 times a day plus weight training. am I burning more fat since I havent eaten anything for 10 hours?
it makes no difference you are overtraining 4 times a day plus weight training? you should think more about your routine you should look at my questions

2009 Apr 30 2it depends on ur diet. 20mins IF you have alot of carbs in ur system. if you are on a low carb diet, ur fat burning is almost immediate.
to answer ur first question. YES you will burn more fat. because your body is in a catabolic state after sleeping and not eating for such a long period of time.
it is NOT a good idea to lift weights on an empty stomach. since u are in a catabolic state, your body will burn its own muscle to fuel that activity.
the best time for cardio is in the a.m. on an empty stomach or AFTER ur weight training. not before.
