   Yes. If you think about it, the chemicals from the diet pills go into your body, which in turn, produces the milk that your baby feeds on every evening.

   If you want to loose weight, there's a simple answer, eating habits have to be healthier and exercicing. Yeah I know it sucks to be told what you don't want to hear, but it's the safest way for you and your baby.

   Yes!! They are harmful to your baby and to yourself as well. Just diet and exercise! Dont diet too much though b/c your baby needs nutrients, but def up the exercise. Good luck♥
