any weight loss secrets?

i need to loose weight for modeling but as i have a lot of work now i am in sixth form and i have a horse i have no time for additional exercise! it’s a killer to fit in with the my free time as i usually just grab a bag of crisps and it them on the go, any suggestions on how to shift some?

Instead of riding your horse, how about you run with it? That way, you and your horse can get some exercise and burn some calories!

    My Mom went on weight watchers and it really worked. She lost 60 lbs in just a few months. It all depends on your weight.

    Another thing you could do is pack a healthy lunch or snack the night before, so your not just grabbing the first thing you see.

    Try 100 calorie packs, they are great portion controlled snacks on the go. Also, for a good breakfast that you can take with you, try smoothies.
