♡ Hope you LIKE! Comment and subscribe When I was loosing weight, I also kept thinking, “Every step counts, every step counts” because it really does! That helped motivate me to walk places instead of drive. Helped me workout. Helped me burn extra calories. So try that as well! Also, try to give up something that you feel is not good for you (eg. chocolate/white bread) for a certain amount of time. And ask your friend or family member to do it with you so you have support (and you can make it into a BET, and have it be something really bad if you loose it lol – that should keep you motivated!) I need someone who is not inspiring or has a life changing story… i need a uncontrollable sloth to mention in a paper. Preferably a celebrity with a weight problem (alive or dead) or someone who had multiple weight-loss surgeries and still keeps gaining weight.
its a new year and my resolution is to lose weight. I havnt been happy with the way i look for a while now and i’ve finally decided to do something about it.
I already planning to improve my diet by decreasing “junk” food intake and swapping it to healthier options but im very unsure of what exercises i shoud do.
Any advice is welcome, oh and can you please include how many calories i would burn by doing the exercise you recommend.
Thank you
i’ve heard people say you should lose 1-2 lb a week during weight loss, but the people on celebrity fit club and the biggest loser lose 5,7 or even 9 lb a week. why can that work for them and not others?
