When people begin losing weight, and they lose a lot of weight in a short period of time – how much of it is usually water weight? Like, how much water weight can you lose before you start losing the fat? I have been dieting and working out, and lost 10 lb this past 2 weeks – but I am pretty sure almost all of that is water weight. Is it possible to lose 10 lb of just water? I am 5’1 and weighed 142 lb when I started.

1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day. 2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week. 3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day. (4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.) Grocery Haul – Weight Diary Day 241

As I learn to eat a more balanced diet, I am buying new things! Yay!
OH I FORGOT to tell you… the whole haul was only $80! I’ve never had a start-of-the-month grocery trip under $100, and usually it’s more like $120. I’m so pleased with this one. $80!
I promise I will make a full video explaining the non-processed eating with Jenny Craig exchanges soon… it’s not as simple as it sounds (as I keep learning).
