its a new year and my resolution is to lose weight. I havnt been happy with the way i look for a while now and i’ve finally decided to do something about it.
I already planning to improve my diet by decreasing “junk” food intake and swapping it to healthier options but im very unsure of what exercises i shoud do.

Any advice is welcome, oh and can you please include how many calories i would burn by doing the exercise you recommend.

Expo Biggest Loser Exercise Schedule White Board

Im trying to lose weight and want to know if its better to use the sauna before or after a workout. Which would give me the better result?

I’m in a wedding in about a year an a half so I decided I want to start losing weight now. I was wondering if anyone had good tips or websites to help me along.

I have a few complications – I have a severe case of scoliosis and I’m on the mend from a leg injury (I can’t do stairs quite yet which would be a healthier alternative to elevators). So while I’m mending are there any small things that I can do?

What is the best exercise for weight loss? I heard it’s running.

* Bonus: Not mandatory: I am 14 years old girl, 5’2, and I weigh 120 pounds. I am not athetic, so I guess I’m a little chubby. Can anyone set up an exercise routine for me? 5 stars best answer for anyone that could. I also have a big stomach and butt – I’m trying the trim that off.
