   The book was very informative and certainly convinced me to keep drinking water and avoid soda pops, etc. It really made sense.

   I cannot say enough good things about this book. I HAD a great big freckle on my cheek that was getting bigger. In fact, it was so big my hairdresser thought she had dropped some hair dye on my cheek and tried to wipe it off! After drinking plain water for about 2 weeks my “freckle” had shrunk by half. I called the phone number in the book and found out I should be drinking a good sea salt in my water and how much…In two weeks the “freckle” has shrunk by half again and getting lighter every day. I had been thinking of going to the dr but didn’t because this is working. I have no official medical documentation. I am saying I have used the information in this book and it has helped me. I don’t know what it will do for you. It has definately helped me! I recommend it highly.

   I have read many of Dr.’Batman’s’ books….This man is without a doubt, one of the most brilliant thinkers of today. With over 34+ years in Western Medi-Sin..and as a practicing Naturopath I HIGHLY recommend this book and ALL of his other books. WATER is truely a healing media! Many of my clients, including myself are living testimony to this fact. All of Dr. Batmanghelidj’s books have lead us to the actual ‘curing’ of these so-called modern day diseases. If you are TRULY interested in your personal health,or that of your friends & family, his books are DEFINITELY meant for you!
