    lift weights and do strength training. You’ll gain a bit of weight, but that’s only because the fat that you once had will now be muscle. But you’ll be smaller, if that makes any sense. lol!

    lift weights and do cardio. But you probably already do both of those at football practice.

    try to eat low fat foods but make sure you get enough protein every day to keep your muscle from deteriorating.
