I realize that you can't get big muscles and lose weight at the same time. However, can you get stronger to lift more AND be able to lose fat through cardio? I already have a full-body workout plan, and before i go to the gym I do a 30-minute light run. I just want to know if my jogging is of any use.
By full body workout plan, I mean that I use weights and dumbells to work on my body parts, thus effectively weight lifting.
