    @PanaceaWanted Aerobic exercises are whatever involve long periods of endurance training and force you to breathe regularly to maintain the activity. So yes long distance running, bike riding. Anaerobic exercises on the other hand are quicker, promote muscle growth, and are far more effective at burning fat. So if your worried about putting on too much muscle, I’d say lift low weight with high reps and do sprints to maintain what you have, if anything you’ll just notice better muscle tone.

    @soundman420
    correct, morons who do 5×15 reps of a small weight trying to “tone” get nowhere Lift big, eat well, and rest there is no big secret. Everyone who does this consistently for a year will be transformed.

    lift HEAVY and you will gain alot of muscle fast which will rev up your metabolism. squat 3 times a week and you wont even need to do hiit. lift heavy, eat till full, sleep 8 hours a night, you’re body will be different in 3 months. look up stronglifts 5×5 if you want to get serious about training.

    You”re amazing! Your videos have answers all of my questions. Thank you so much. Now I understand why I have stored fat over the years. I’ve worked out for years, my weight fluxuates, i’ve hired trainers over the years, and then I lose and gain weight. I recently asked my trainer, howcome I see people for the last couple years in the gym and their the same size. But you been extremely helpful in answering my questions. The same thing you get the same results-cardio. I get it now. Thank you.

    I’m running a marathon, I need to do endurance runs. I add two circuit training sessions a week, as well as squash, football (soccer) sessions to help mix things up. But if you’re running a marathon, you NEED to do long distance runs, don’t you?!

    @bleach4life101 Bolt is a sprinter, not an endurance runner, and the majority of his training would be based around intervals and weight sessions. The other two are probably so jacked on steroids there fuckin hearts will explode before they turn 40!

    Very good explanation about building muscle and burning fat. All those obese people on tread mills should have to listen to this message and they’ll understand why they make very little progress only to later find themselves taking three steps backward for every step they moved ahead. Thanks for the reminder of what I need to be doing.

    actually cyclists aint skinny , they not as built as bodybuilders but they got muscles too tho, but its true that if u do too much cardio u gon loose muscle with fat, but hey its virtually impossible to loose fat n not muslces when u doing cardio anyway, i kno bodybuilders go a lot bigger when they bulk so when they cut they still big enough even tho they loose loads of muscle, i would say cycle too loose weight n not much muscle, plus it doesnt put much stress on your body like running does.

    is burning 1750 calories a day without doing much, and if he or she is burning 50 calories per pound of muscle then he or she is burning 2500 calories a day. But wait! Isn’t the daily recommended value of caloric intake roughly 2000 calories for an average person weighting 120 pounds? Does that mean that they should eat a few hundred calories less than the average amount of calories they burn to maintain their body? And keep in mind that this is at an almost rested state.

    The funny thing is that Usain Bolt has more muscle than you, even as a runner. Also Jay Cutler, Kai Greene, etc., have more muscle than you, even though they use they use the cardio that you claim is “bad”. Also please stop claiming that muscle burns 35 to 50 calories because that is nonsensical; the average person is roughly 120 pounds with around 40% skeletal muscle, this amounts to roughly 48 to 50 pounds of muscle. If the person burns 35 calories per 50 pound of muscle then he or she
