I work out everyday and burn about 500 calories while biking, and running. I lift weights to help my arms build muscle, but not a lot of weight, maybe about 10 lbs each arm.
i eat a normal healthy diet, i don’t wanna starve myself.
How can i increase fat loss and weight gain without really trying?

2009 Oct 12 2You are on the right track. You have started aerobic exercises and anaerobic activities with the weight training . Cut out the junk food and cut down on the calories. Add fat burning foods like Fruits rich in vitamin C, Apples, dairy products like yogurt and cheese, red and green chilies, whole grain bread and pasta and beans like lentils to your diet. Drink plenty of water, from 6 to 8 glasses a day. Eat 4-6 small meals instead of 3 large ones to spread your calories over the whole day . You will consume fewer calories at each meal and you won’t be so hungry that you will be tempted to eat junk. Good Luck!
