I’ve been in better shape in the past and kind of let things slide. I’m curious about all aspects- eating habits, sleep, work-out, supplements, etc. What is the best idea/advice you’ve gotten. I’m especially interested in workout/supplement suggestions…

2009 Jul 08 2Forget the suppliments, they aren’t going to do it! You need to choose healthy foods and you wont feel hungry anymore.

2009 Jul 08 3Here’s a good resource that helped me.. It gave me a full workout and healthy eating guidance and showed me what I was doing wrong before… it does cost money, but its a drop in the ocean if u ask me… goodluck
