Fat loss?!?!?

I want to lose fat around my belly and thighs a little on my arms and calfs. Im 5ft 9 inches and i wear 190. I want to lose fat i dont care about how much i weigh i just want to look good. Its just that i dont have a high metabolisim. So i have aout 2 hours a day that i could use to workout.
but i cant go to the gym i have an ellipitical at home and i have weights.
a really good way to lose weight without a diet is to drink 4 cups of water before every meal. this will fill you up, and youlle eat less, plus water is really good for you.
couple this with the weights at home, and youlle be fine.
oh, and by the way, google power of ten adam zickerman and get the book
its a workout that you do twice a week for 20 minutes, and its better than the 5 day a week, hour each day routine
my dad and i have both been doing this for 2 years, and it works really really well.
so yeah, drink water before you eat to lose the extra fat, and use your weights for power of 10 to get muscle

2009 Oct 10 1you shouldnt just do exercise at home but also go out tak a walk for 30 minutes which is good for your thighs
also run drink lots lots of water
