and just because you store the protein doesnt mean it will store as muscle, your body can easily turn it into sugar to fill your glycogen reserves if yoru not taking in enough fats of carbs to maintain the right levels. muscle is a lot harder to gain than just saying if i take in mroe protein i will build muscle or burn off the protein i dont need because that isnt true

@Nomgendat your body does store protein, 1 gram of protein=4 calories, if you take in over your maintainence level of calories whether it be from protein carb or fat your going to store it, muscle and natural energy processes if what burns calories, digestion burns a max or 10% of the calories you take in, extra protein doesnt burn anymore than 10% max and if you take in 100calories from protein thats only 10calories your going to burn and store the other 90calories if you dont burn them off

if you pissed and shit out all the extra calories you didnt need then nobody would ne overweight so we know thats not true, 1carb=4calories, 1protein=4calories, 1fat=9calories, no matter what mix of macros we take in…if we take in more calories than our maintainence levels no matter what macros it comes from your body is going to store

@ScottDiCaprio your wrong, each gram of protein has 4 calories, if you take in too many calories from protein its the same thing as taking in to many calories from carbs and fats, if you maintain bodyweight taking in 200grams of protein and then up it to 250grams a day your taking in an additional 200calories a day and no you cant piss and shit out that stuff. you piss and shit out the waste, if you dont burn the calories you take in you store them

Protein can not be stored as fat, if there is too much in your diet then you s**t it out

If you are tearing down muscle fibers A.K.A. lifting weights you body will use the protein to rebuild it over using it as fuel and if your trying to lose weight (fat) and still are lifting then you need more protein to retain that muscle and ensure it’s not muscle being lossed but fat.
Your statement is somewhat true but you don’t put it in any sort of context, if i sit around all day and drink protein shakes ..no shit all get fat..tell us something we don’t know.
    Theres truth in your words..

When you take more protein than your body needs your body learns to use protein as a fuel so instead of burning fat you are burning proteins.
Your body doesnt store protein well thats why it uses it as a fuel.

Do you think that nutrition has to be based on supplements? I have never read or heard about a scientific report that says that protein powder rebuilds the muscle better than chicken or eggs or whatever. before you judge you better make a research first!

Protein powder is a supplement and a healthy man doesnt need supplements. Taking too much protein is not good cause if you take more than your body needs it stores protein as FAT and then when you exercising you are going to be burning proteins! Protein powder is a SCAM!
