its a new year and my resolution is to lose weight. I havnt been happy with the way i look for a while now and i’ve finally decided to do something about it.
I already planning to improve my diet by decreasing “junk” food intake and swapping it to healthier options but im very unsure of what exercises i shoud do.

Any advice is welcome, oh and can you please include how many calories i would burn by doing the exercise you recommend.
Thank you :)

Swimming is a great form of exercise as it gets every part of your body working , plus you won’t sweat :-) well…noticeably lol. I’m not sure how many calories this burns I’m sorry but I thought you would appreciate the help any way.
Also trampolines are great too! and fun.

Jump rope is fastest way to lose weight Male or female you’d lose about 400 colories per 10 mins eat celery it has negative calories and jump rope twice a day in the morning, and before u go to sleep, and try to eat maybe a granola bar with lowfat yogurt for breakfast, lunch, and a bowl of frosted or honey nut cheerios for dinner and celery with no peanut butter because peanut butters full of fat, even if you don’t like celery you’ll get used to it.

It is easier to not take a calorie in than to burn it off – so perhaps the best exercise is to push away from the table! ;=D

Seriously, the best exercise is something you will do and enjoy on a regular basis. Mixing up you favorite activities is also good for your body – it helps to keep it from “plateauing” at a certain level of exercise. It is also good to do alternate activities each day so that your muscles have time to recover.

If you have a dog, take it for a walk everyday – you will have a “fitness coach” and the dog will benefit, too.

Try to think of exercise beyond the idea of losing weight and finding something active to do and enjoy – it will benefit your body and health in the long run.

Exercises that get your heart moving a bit are good – you can alternate jogging and walking segments with your dog and build up your stamina.

Strength building is a good think to alternate your walk/run days with – weights can be dull for some folks, but there are a number of videos out there that stretch and do isometrics for strength.

Sooo, what do you LIKE to do?

Main think is to get away from the computer and TV and move! Wii fit is another idea, too.

Best exercises for fat loss are cardio exercises , such as bicycle running elliptical machines … and if you are going to a gym squads, dead lifts.because these exercises use a lot of muscles they burn more fat.Now as regards how many calories you will lose with these exercises is different in each person…

You could try “Fitbit” details at http://www.fitbit.com which is a product for about $99 which can help you record how much you eat, how much exercise you get and other things like blood pressure, etc. My wife bought it for me for xmas and I am just getting used to it.

Or I would try doing lots of situps. I’ve noticed that if you do situps (start with 10 a day) then within 2 weeks you can easily do over 50 situps at a time. Once your stomach gets in better shape (firmer) you tend to eat less because you can feel your stomach push against your tight abs. Just a thought!

Hello, I came across your comment while looking for something else and I couldn’t help but post a quick comment. My sister and I struggled with our dogs for some time. A good friend of hers told her about this course called The Dog Training Academy Course…she didn’t even have to leave the house…she downloaded it from the internet…In a couple of weeks I stopped by and I didn’t know my sisters dog when I visited her..I looked over the course and liked the course so good I went online and bought it for myself… I appreciated the fact that it recognized that all dogs are different. Anyway, check out their video online and see if this is something that may help you..Good Luck!!

I am glad you are trying to learn how to lose weight the safe and natural way. You have to remember that it is possible. And guess what the healthy changes come packed with positive pay back. My best advice is to believe that you can lose weight. This is essential to shedding pounds. Also remember that weight loss is best achieved effectively if you not only find the correct information but also then use it correctly. The weight loss formula is simple burn more calories than you consume. Ha! You and I know there is more to it than that. But the sad fact is with a natural weight loss program you still have to contend with that formula. I know you will be successful at your natural weight loss program.

Recently one of my friends really needed some advice on how to train his dog. He followed the dog training academy couse and had his dog fully trained in a relatively short time.

Hey , I’ve seen many diet plans and lose weight plans out there, and I myself have been trying on them but I guessed most of them just didn’t work for me. But recently I came across this blog, it’s very interesting. It updates frequently with weight loss tips and it has wonderful website(s) to it! I’ve tried it and it work pretty damn well for me! Now I feel much more confident walking around in a busy street

    Well good luck
