www.BeSlimForHealth.TSFL.com I have actually increased the amount I am eating to compensate for my increase in exercise and weight loss has picked up. Only 2 pounds to go to GOAL! I may go a little lower, depends on how I feel about the remaining fat once the “last” 2 pounds are gone. I am pretty close to where I want to be so now it is just a matter of fine tuning. That last little bit of tummy roll is starting to disappear – I was beginning to think it never would. For some reason, that bothers me more than anything else. Fot the first time in my life, I feel as though my legs are starting to look OK, to have some definition. This is the other area where a couple more pounds and continued exercise will hopefully make a real difference. For now I am just coasting. I know that Transition and Maintenance will bring their own challenges but have faith in this program and everything I am learning. My best to all of you.
