    i agree so much on the energy thing! and the sleep you do get feels 10x more refreshing. also, just in that moment when i’m totally in the zone, listening to a really great upbeat song and i hit my stride, i can’t help but smile. it’s so freeing. and even better when i’m doing something outside, whether it be running or kayaking. feeling great + being surrounded by beautiful things in nature = magic.

    @julia0192 I’m Not Sarah. But If You Life Weight’s I Don’t Think They’ll Appear Bigger. Because, Like Abs, You’ll Start To Lose The Fat On Your Arm’s So The Muscle’s Can Be Noticable. But I May Be Wrong. Maybe That Only Apllies To Abs?

    hey sarah I have a quick question..
    I have genetically large arms but I learned that with diet I can make them appear slimmer but they are still flabby. If i lift weights to try and tone my arms will it make my arms appear bigger (i’ve heard if you try to build muscle over fat it will only make you look bigger) do you have any suggestions of work outs that won’t do that?

    Your arms look amazing in this video! My favorite part about exercise is how strong & accomplished I feel after a strength training workout. I’m a girly girl & some people automaticaly assume that means I’m afraid to do anything because I might break a nail (or something equally stupid) but after a tough weight session I instantly feel more confident in myself because I know what my body is capable of!

    I just finished my first semester at college, and to my dismay even while i was going to the gym, i gained a few pounds. Now im home for winter break and am hoping to get back into shape. do you have any tips for jumpstarting weight loss?

    I find that when I workout, I’m not as hungry. I wonder if this happens to anyone else, but i know that for about 4-5 hours after exercising I don’t have an appetite. This works out for me because I am prone to snack at night.

    i love that excersise is a great way to de-stress – if i’ve got a lot on my mind that is weighing me down, a run on the treadmill or a good kickboxing class (if i’m really angry :P ) distracts me and always makes me feel better :) happy holidays sarah x
