2010 Mar 21 1This Doc gets it. I was fortunate enough to read this book upon release and found it to be quite useful. This is a no BS, down to earth, straight talk book that simply tells me what I want to know and that is how to lose a little weight. I finished the book feeling like I can make the necessary changes and am in control of my weight and health. That’s a good thing. For the price, you can’t go wrong.
