These last few kg’s are a bugger to budge!
I have tried slim patches, celebrity slim, fat blaster and Xantrax but have had no luck.

I’ve tried throwing up my food but that I could never succeed at it even though Ive tried a thousand times. I’ve try marking down everything I eat, took weight loss pills and exercising to burn the extra fat. You name it, i’ve tried it.

Finally, in April 2008 my best friend introduce me a new technique of weight loss program. At first i was a bit sceptical since i’ve been ripped off a few times. But after joining the program, I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month and currently my weight is 120 pounds. The truth is our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. Best of all you can eat what you most enjoyed without gaining any weight.     to loose weight start eating a healthy diet avoid junk food, do some exercise. the other ways like modern products and pills are not going to help u and sometime they end up giving u some side effects.

    It can be very difficult to get that last bit of weight off. I recommend a good pair of walking shoes and or a new swim suit.

    If you are well toned you may decide that your weight is just right.

    You also need to think in terms of a long range eating plan that will keep the weight off. If you have been using diet products chances are the weight will be back on soon because you have not committed to a healthy eating plan.

    Sorry to be so blunt. but I see so many people on yo-yo diets that are terrible for your long term health.

    so pretty much u hit the gym HARD cause you have a tone of enegry

    feel uplisted for the rest of the day!

    Hydroxycut. If you can buy it from a local grocer or department store, such as Target, they sell it for alot cheaper than health stores such as GNC. That is, if you are living in the USA. If not, try either online or what you could do, is reduce the amount of calories you intake per day. Drinking water more than juice or coffee also helps.

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

    taking pills will not affect you, I think you need to go with another strategy for example exercise with matching fast metabolism or make some diet program. Things like that can be so powerful to loss weight.
