Hey im 6 ft tall and weigh 78kgs im trying to get down to 65kg by new yrs. Im replacing breakfast with a celebrity slim shake, lunch either salad samwhich with wholegrain bread or a shake and lean meat and evegies for dinner. Im also only drinking green tea water with a slice of lemon and one coffee a day. In the mornings i do 40 situps and go on the exercise bike for 25 mins and do about 50 star jumps and after work i go on the exercise bike for about 30 mins. How long before i start seeing good weight loss results?

I would be guessing that with in 3 weeks you should start seeing some change… keep it up and with no doubt you will be down to 65kg by new yrs… congrats on doing it the healthy way too even tho I dont like the shakes still the rest of your diet sounds healthy enough
