He’s 13 and we both agree he could lose a little weight (the kids at school have been making fun of him, along with some of the parents at the PTA). He’s 5′5" and 114 pounds. Does anyone know what the risks of taking diet pills are? Please don’t just say "they’re bad for you", but are there any real reasons that you shouldn’t take them. Some web links would be great too.
Take care of your body in the best way you can, exercise, healthy food. Keep a positive state of mind, basically take good care of yourself in all aspects body, spirit, soul, mind etc… because they all affect each other.
